and Plants Qualification

The qualification of equipment, systems and plants involves verfying that the equipment and systems used in a specific process are properly installed, function correctly, and maintain the expected performance. The qualification includes the phases of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ).

During the Installation Qualification phase, we perform a rigorous check to ensure proper correspondence between the systems and accessories installed on-site and the technical documentation provided by the manufacturer. From reviewing the documentation to verifying the instrumentation, we carefully qualify that every system component is correctly installed and meets the required specifications.

During the Operational Qualification phase, we conduct a meticulous verification of funcionalities, process controls, and proper management of operational parametres. The goal of this phase is to demonstrate that the system or equipment operates an specified in the reference documentation.

During the Performance Qualification phase, we evaluate the system or machinery under standard production conditions. This phase is crucial as it assesses the equipment's actual ability to deliver the expected results,  thereby qualifying its congruity with the intended function.
